Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (In-Home Geriatrics – PRN Flexible Shifts) New

A national healthcare organization is seeking Texas-licensed Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for geriatric patients. This is a PRN, flexible opportunity ideal for experienced NPs who enjoy autonomy, travel, and one-on-one patient care without follow-up responsibilities.

Providers complete comprehensive, 60-minute in-home assessments, document same-day using a provided tablet, and manage their own schedules with a minimum monthly commitment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home health risk assessments for geriatric patients

• Review medical history, medications, and social factors

• Perform focused physical exams and preventive screenings

• Document visits same day using provided technology

• Travel locally within assigned counties

Schedule & Pay

• PRN – minimum 4 full days per month

• $315–$660 per day (per-assessment pay)

• $60/day travel stipend

• No follow-ups, no prescribing, no call

What You Need

• Active Texas NP license

• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, ACNP, ANP, DNP)

• 1+ year NP experience (no new grads)

• Comfort working independently and traveling to homes

• Geriatrics or primary care experience preferred
